These machines are engineered for viscous gel products, widely adopted by endurance nutrition brands for single-serve energy gel sachets. Featuring servo filling system, 304 stainless steel product contact parts, precise dose control and stable side-seal performance, they effectively solve common pain points such as gel stringing, leakage and inconsistent sealing quality. The flexible design supports adjustable sachet size and filling volume, compatible with different formulations of energy gel, carb gel and electrolyte paste. The customer selected our equipment to expand production capacity and upgrade their packaging line for marathon, cycling and triathlon energy supplies.
